Competitive salary : Total compensation opportunity for top performers of $150,000 and above (consisting of a base annual salary of $40,000 plus an uncapped commission plan).

Your Impact : As an In-Home Sales Specialist, your day involves visiting customers in their homes, understanding their project needs, and providing tailored solutions for windows, doors, and fencing. You'll serve as the trusted expert, guiding customers through their options, building relationships, and closing sales in a hands-on, customer-focused role.

Key responsibilities :

• Travel to customers' homes to conduct consultations, evaluate their needs, and recommend personalized solutions.
