The role of the Associate Boutique Manager includes :

• Leading the team to sell clothes, deliver world-class experiences, and build loyal client relationships.
• Creating an optimal balance of sales and service by having the right people, in the right place at the right time.
• Seamlessly owning or escalating the invisible details across People, Clients, Product, Space, Risk, and Operations that enable an exceptional shopping experience.
• Managing the day-to-day performance of the retail team in support of the business objectives, enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience.
• Working with the appropriate Business Support partners to seamlessly lead the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporate objectives, while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience.
