Staff Attorney

Description

A leading law firm seeks a Staff Attorney with 3-5 years of litigation experience to join its Commercial Litigation team. This role focuses on first-party insurance and bad faith litigation. Prior experience in these areas is required, and experience representing insurance carriers is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle litigation matters involving first-party insurance and bad faith claims.
• Draft and argue motions, pleadings, and other legal documents.
• Manage case development and oversee litigation strategy from inception to resolution.
• Appear in local state and federal courts for hearings and proceedings.
• Collaborate with team members while maintaining the ability to work independently.
• Ensure timely and high-quality work product under tight deadlines.
