VitalCaring is seeking an experienced Sales Talent Acquisition Professional to join our growing team! This remote role plays a critical part in advancing VitalCaring's mission to deliver compassionate, high-quality care wherever our patients call home. As a strategic recruiting partner and subject matter expert, you will lead full-cycle recruitment with a primary focus on identifying, engaging, and hiring high-performing sales professionals who embody our values of being trustworthy, capable, compassionate, and proactive. This role requires a consultative mindset, deep sourcing expertise, and a solutions-oriented approach to building strong talent pipelines. Key Responsibilities
Partner with hiring managers and sales leaders to define talent needs, provide market insights, and align recruitment strategies with organizational growth goals.Develop and execute targeted sourcing plans to attract high-caliber sales talent across VitalCaring's service lines.Lead regular calls with Branch, Area, and Regional leaders to share recruitment updates, align on priorities, and drive execution of strategic TA initiatives.Engage passive talent through creative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, Indeed, social media, referrals, and professional networks.Own the full-cycle recruitment process - from requisition intake to offer acceptance - ensuring professionalism, consistency, and timeliness.Partner with onboarding teams and field leaders to ensure a seamless and positive new-hire experience.Provide competitive intelligence and hiring trend insights, positioning yourself as a trusted talent advisor.Drive a high-quality candidate experience through clear communication and responsive engagement.Leverage ATS and CRM tools (e.g., UKG, Phenom) to maintain accurate documentation, monitor pipelines, and report on key metrics.Stay current on labor market trends, compliance standards, and best practices in healthcare and sales recruitment.Collaborate across HR, Operations, and TA leadership to support workforce planning and organizational growth initiatives.Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of healthcare recruitment experience, preferably within sales functions.Proven success sourcing and hiring top-performing sales talent in a high-volume or multi-region environment.Proficient in ATS and CRM platforms (UKG, Greenhouse, and Phenom preferred).Strong understanding of consultative recruiting practices and candidate engagement strategies.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trusted relationships across all levels.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.Professional, discrete, and committed to delivering excellence in every stage of the recruitment process.
