Job Description
We are seeking OB / GYN physicians with excellent clinical and communication skills, a passion for healthcare quality improvement, and a desire to make an impact in hospital-based obstetrics. This role provides the opportunity to work collaboratively with local obstetricians to ensure safe, high-quality care for every patient, every time.
Position Highlights :
Flexible scheduling " typically seven 24-hour shifts per month
No office management or on-call responsibilities
Guaranteed shifts and competitive hourly rate

The hospital offers private birthing rooms, specialized OB / GYN services, and bedside mother / baby couplet care. Certified lactation consultants are available for inpatient, outpatient, and phone consultations, supporting parents with all feeding choices. Newborns benefit from uninterrupted skin-to-skin contact during the first hour of life. The Level III Special Care Nursery provides advanced care for preterm infants from 32 weeks. The hospital averages approximately 1,800 annual deliveries, supported by a skilled clinical team and a strong community-focused approach.
