The 72nd and Sorenson Chick-fil-A is seeking highly qualified Directors who will greatly impact the business. These leaders will be responsible for the overall flow and daily success of the business and will be expected to set the standard for signature service and leading by example. To do this, a Director will need to actively show a passion for quality guest service and for the Chick-fil-A brand. The right candidate will thrive under pressure and ensure that all areas flows cohesively, quickly and efficiently while still maintaining both safety and excellent service. A cheerful attitude accompanied with a proactive attitude serves as a great example for the team. The successful candidate will be required to achieve ServSafe certification within 60 days of employment (Company will cover the cost of both the training materials and the cost of taking the examination) .
