• In depth knowledge of food, spirits, cocktails and wines.
• Must have availability (Days, Nights, weekends).
• A strong work ethic is a must.
• Team player mentality – must be able to work well with others.
• Professional demeanor, positive attitude, polished appearance with the ability to exceed our guests' expectations.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills and be able to multitask.
• Ability to understand and speak about menu items.
• Maintain composure during busy times.
• Must have a basic understanding of fine dining service.
• Must be able to problem solve and be open to constructive criticism.
• Punctuality is a must.
• Excellent communication skills
• Must be able to lift 50lbs
