Job Title : Family Medicine Physician

Location : Arizona

Hours & Schedule : Full Time or Part Time (Open to 2-3 days / week or 4-5 days / week)

Work Environment : Outpatient Clinic

Travel Required : No

Salary / Hourly Rate : $220,000 - $250,000 / year

Bonus Offered : Performance-based bonus available

Job Duties & Responsibilities :

• Conduct patient consultations to diagnose and manage a range of health concerns
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide preventive services including screenings, immunizations, and patient education
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care
• Maintain thorough and accurate patient documentation
• Participate in ongoing quality improvement initiatives
• Keep current with advancements in family medicine
