[job_card.job_description]Work directly with children with autism and related needs. Provide one-on-one therapy based on individualized treatment plans. Track progress and celebrate achievements with families. Travel to client homes and community settings (with reimbursed drive time). Collaborate with a supportive team of professionals. High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework in psychology, education, or related field a plus). Reliable, compassionate, and ready to learn. Ability to commit to afternoon / evening availability. Willingness to travel locally between client homes and community sites. Competitive Pay / Weekly paychecks (Pay generally $18-22 / hour) Drive time reimbursement Non-billable and billable hours paid at the same rate Rewarding Work Environment Paid General Orientation and Training Paid weekly clinician meetings In-house paid training Accumulative PTO Advanced Skilled Training offered Promotion for BTs when they become RBTs 24 / 7 staffing support Flexible Schedule
