Compensation : $80,000-$115,000+ with potential for achievable bonuses!

Positions Available :

• Home-based in key regions across multiple states, including Alabama, Colorado, Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, North Carolina, and Tennessee.

Home-based roles allow for self-created schedules - weekends off

Key Responsibilities :

As a Behavior Analyst at Key Autism Services, you will conduct assessments, develop and monitor individualized treatment and behavior support plans, and supervise and train Behavior Technicians to ensure effective implementation of treatment plans. You will work closely with families to manage challenging behaviors and teach replacement behaviors utilizing ABA principles. Other duties include conducting functional assessments, monitoring program effectiveness, and analyzing data to inform progress.
