WHAT THE COMPANY WILL OFFER YOU:

• $125,000 - $170,000 + on a base.
• Up to 20% Bonus

THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:

• Reports to the President.
• Oversee a team of 10+ in the engineering team.
• Lead production of new products, work towards product improvements, and cost reduction initiatives.
• Responsible for directing efforts to expand and improve the Company’s product selection.
