General Responsibilities

Provide anesthesia care including pre-op assessment, intra-op management, and post-op pain control.

Collaborate with surgeons and surgical teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Monitor patient vitals and adjust anesthetic plans as needed.

Respond to emergencies and deliver critical care interventions.

Maintain accurate medical records.

Stay current with anesthesia best practices through continuing education.

Skills & Qualifications

Clinical expertise in anesthesia techniques.

Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Attention to detail and adaptability in fast-paced environments.

Education : MSN or DNP from an accredited CRNA program.

Licensure : Active APRN license (Aya Locums will assist with New York licensing if needed).

Certification : NBCRNA certification required.

Experience : Minimum 1 year preferred in a clinical anesthesia setting.
