We have opportunities for CNAs with competitive pay and an $4,000 sign-on bonus opportunity for full-time and $2,000 sign-on for part-time. To support work / life satisfaction, our nurses share scheduling and work every other weekend and every other holiday.

With a low patient / nurse ratio, youll have an opportunity do your work in a high-quality environment, including :

Administer medications

Assist with obtaining and processing orders

Check vital signs

Coordinate and collaborate alongside an interdisciplinary clinical team to implement the resident plan of care

Provide encouragement, emotional support, and communication for residents and their loved ones

Provide positive leadership, guidance, and support to your team

Assist with resident care needs

Provide appropriate documentation

Work well within a team environment

Flexible scheduling options with varying work assignments

Our CNAs have great skills, including a valid CNA license and this role requires an active North Carolina Adult Medication Aide Certification as well as a valid CPR certification.
