Operations Supervisor - Logistics & Distribution

We're looking for a dynamic Operations Manager to lead daily logistics and warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and compliance across all processes. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for continuous improvement, this role is for you.

What will you be doing?

• Daily Operations: Oversee inbound/outbound shipments, warehousing, and distribution to ensure smooth and timely execution.
• Safety & 5S: Maintain a safe, organized, and clean workplace by implementing 5S and ergonomic best practices. Drive proactive safety initiatives to prevent hazards.
• Team Leadership: Develop and lead your team through coaching, performance management, and training programs while fostering accountability and collaboration.
• Compliance & Accuracy: Manage customs clearance, trade compliance, and international documentation. Ensure accurate records for shipping, receiving, and inventory. Partner with 3PL providers and carriers to meet performance and compliance standards.
• Continuous Improvement: Apply LEAN and Operational Excellence principles to enhance efficiency. Lead CAPEX projects to boost capacity and effectiveness.
• Reporting & KPIs: Monitor and improve key metrics such as On-Time Delivery, Inventory Accuracy, and Warehouse Productivity. Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions. Participate in daily management routines and Gemba walks to drive results.
