Our client works on a hybrid basis in downtown Chicago, offers competitive compensation, comprehensive health, PTO and retirement benefits.Key Responsibilities :

• Manage tax filings and compliance for private equity funds and related entities.
• Review partnership tax returns (1065), K-1s, and related investor reporting.
• Coordinate with external tax advisors and service providers.
• Oversee quarterly and annual tax provisions.
• Stay current on tax law changes and assess impacts.
• Support tax structuring and due diligence on new deals.
• Help respond to investor tax questions and data requests.
• Maintain clear tax documentation and support audits.Qualifications :
• Bachelor’s in Accounting or related field; CPA or Master’s in Tax preferred.
• 5+ years of tax experience in Public Accounting, Private Equity, Private Credit, or Financial Service industry
• Solid understanding of partnership and fund taxation.
