The Sales Specialist Histology Instruments for Leica Biosystems is responsible for developing and executing successful sales strategies for rapid revenue growth and market share expansion in the territory. They will also work collaboratively with Sales, Service, and Applications counterparts to achieve Leica Biosystems performance targets while exceeding customer expectations. This position is part of the Sales team and will be fully remote within the assigned territory. You will be a part of the Commercial Organization and report to the Sales Manager - Core Histology responsible for leading a team of sales representatives to exceed Leica Biosystems sales goals and deliver on commercial strategies. In this role, you will have the opportunity to :

• Achieve annual product sales goals set for the territory while working in coordination with the local assigned team within their territory.
• Maintain accurate and timely opportunity funnel and customer data in Salesforce.com with coaching as needed.
• Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through delivery of sales and support assistance and coordinate product demo, installs, and customer training with support from manager and / or mentor.
• Work with prospective and current customers to increase Leica Biosystems' influence and presence across territories.
• Monitor and develop awareness of competitive activities and strategies, utilize Strategic Selling tools (Blue Sheets) with mentorship and guidance.
• Deepen and leverage knowledge of Leica Biosystems products, tools, and the Danaher Business System.

The annual salary range for this role is $120,000 - 140,000. This job is also eligible for bonus / incentive pay. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical / dental / vision insurance, and 401(k) to eligible employees.
