[job_card.job_description]Support access control procedures by verifying credentials of individuals entering and exiting the commercial real estate location. Assist visitors and tenants with questions and provide customer service in a professional manner. Carry out site-specific policies and procedures as directed by Allied Universal and client requirements. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to help minimize disruption at the location. Conduct regular and random patrols of the premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security-related concerns. Document and report any observed irregularities, such as property damage, suspicious activity, or equipment malfunctions, according to established protocols. Collaborate with property management and / or emergency responders when appropriate, following established emergency response activities. A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Customer service experience is preferred. Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. A guard card or license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

As a Security Professional - HOA Full-Time Access Control in San Juan Capistrano, CA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an Access Control Officer with Allied Universal at a commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help maintain a secure environment. Your responsibilities include conducting routine patrols, remaining visible to help deter security-related incidents, and providing outstanding customer service and communication. This is a driving post, so a valid driver's license is required.
