Start Date : January 5th, 2026
Schedule : Full-Time | Onsite | 30 hours / week (8 : 15 AM–2 : 50 PM, 30-minute lunch)
Salary Range : $58,000-$65,000
About the Opportunity
AnthroMed Education is excited to welcome a full-time School Social Worker to join a collaborative elementary team for the second half of the 2025–2026 school year. This position offers the chance to support young learners in a positive, student-centered environment with strong district-wide social work collaboration. With a manageable caseload, dedicated office space, and access to behavioral supports, this is an excellent opportunity for a clinician who enjoys working with early elementary students.
What You’ll Do
Support 1st–3rd grade students through direct social-emotional services
Manage a caseload of 25 students with varying needs
Participate in IEP and 504 meetings using the EasyIEP system
Provide individual and group counseling
Respond to student needs through crisis intervention
Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and a team of Social Workers
Partner with BCBA, RBI staff, and families to promote positive outcomes
Complete documentation in a timely and compliant manner

Qualifications
Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW)
Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with School Social Work endorsement
Strong communication, collaboration, and crisis-response skills
