Start-Up Team Manager

A company is looking for a Start Up Team Manager, FSP.

Key Responsibilities

Manage effective delivery of site activation within assigned regions, ensuring compliance with timelines and quality standards

Coordinate with SSU specialists and other stakeholders to resolve issues and facilitate knowledge transfer across regions

Oversee technical and operational aspects of site activation, including EC submissions and risk management

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree required

5+ years of relevant experience in SSU, preferably in CRO or Pharma organizations

Comprehensive understanding of clinical research and development processes

Knowledge of clinical development guidelines and directives

Experience in cross-functional project management
