The Role
As a Bilingual Care Coordinator, you’ll be the key connection between families, clinicians, and technicians—helping ensure care is delivered seamlessly. You’ll manage schedules, troubleshoot service issues, and provide consistent, clear communication in both English and Spanish. You’ll also support insurance follow-ups and administrative needs that keep families supported and providers focused.
This is a frontline operations role with real impact. You’ll be trusted to solve problems, anticipate needs, and ensure no detail gets missed. For someone who takes pride in clear communication, fast follow-up, and meaningful work—there’s room to grow quickly.
What You’ll Do
Serve as the go-to contact for families, providers, and BCBAs—especially for Spanish-speaking families
Manage provider-parent schedules, cancellations, and service changes
Log services accurately and on time to support payroll and billing workflows
Handle provider questions around admin, billing, or scheduling needs
Follow up urgently on insurance issues to avoid delays in care
Keep families informed, reassured, and supported throughout the care journey
Anticipate issues before they become problems and work quickly to resolve them
What We’re Looking For
Spanish bilingual (required)
Prior experience in care coordination, healthcare admin, or ABA (strongly preferred)
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Confident using phone, text, and email to connect with families and staff
Calm under pressure and detail-oriented in fast-paced situations
Compassionate, responsive, and committed to high-quality service
