Job Summary :

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Manager to oversee daily operations in their food and beverage manufacturing facility in Miami. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient production processes, maintain high-quality standards, and lead a team to meet production goals while adhering to safety and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

• Production Oversight :

Manage and coordinate all aspects of food and beverage production, ensuring timely and cost-effective manufacturing.

Supervise, train, and mentor production staff, fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.

Ensure all products meet company and regulatory quality standards (FDA, USDA, HACCP, etc.).

Identify and implement improvements in production efficiency, waste reduction, and resource utilization.

Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure raw materials and packaging supplies are available and properly managed.

Maintain compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Conduct regular audits and training sessions.

Monitor KPIs, prepare production reports, and present performance metrics to senior management.
