Are you ready to take the reins and help drive one of the fastest-growing sports bars in the St. Louis area? Hotshots Sports Bar & Grill is NOW HIRING Assistant Managers who are passionate about hospitality, team leadership, and delivering an unforgettable guest experience. We are looking for energetic, motivated individuals to join our management team immediately!
As a Hotshots Assistant Manager, you'll be an integral part of the engine that keeps our restaurants running. If you’re ready for an exciting, fast-paced career where every day brings new challenges and opportunities, we want to meet you! What You’ll Do :
- Lead and inspire a dynamic front-of-house hospitality team, ensuring a memorable guest experience
- Actively engage with customers and staff to ensure our company message — “We are truly glad you are here and will do everything we can to make you want to come back” — is brought to life every day
- Oversee daily operations, from staff selection and training to performance management
- Drive success by maintaining service standards, implementing promotional initiatives, and optimizing team efficiency
- Foster a fun, energetic environment that keeps both guests and employees excited to be part of Hotshots
- Work directly with upper management on business planning, growth strategies, and operational improvements
- Handle guest concerns and resolve conflicts with professionalism and a positive attitude
