Showing Agent Opportunity We are looking for a licensed and motivated Showing Agent who wants to stay active, learn the business from the inside, and build a strong, long-term foundation in real estate. This is a great fit for someone who enjoys working with buyers, being out in the field, and earning rewarding commissions while learning alongside experienced agents. A real estate license is required or is currently in progress. You will support buyer activity through property tours and showings while learning how transactions move from the first appointment through closing. You will learn how to work within proven systems, follow clear processes, and build confidence through real-day-to-day experience as you grow toward becoming a producing Buyer’s Agent. Responsibilities: • Promptly return all buyer client telephone calls, texts and emails to uphold our agency’s standards of client service • Coordinate and attend on-site property inspections with clients so process is smooth and timely • Identify homes to show that meet buyers’ needs and budgets to help make more sales • Assist the clients in writing offers and closing the deal so the process is timely and smooth • Refine buyer’s criteria in order to select additional homes to show as necessary • Real estate sales • Lead generation • Lead follow-up • Close appointments • Set appointments • Sales scripts mastery • CRM and database drip campaigns • Ongoing training Qualifications: • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies • Present yourself in a professional manner • Independent drive to succeed and able to complete tasks without supervision • Can spend a large amount of time driving • A real estate license is required in order to work with clients and earn commissions • Great communication • Sales experience Compensation: $70,000 - $175,000 at plan
