This valuable service helps our retail partners meet the needs of the growing home-delivery market.

Job Summary: The management, coordination, and execution of warehouse operations. Warehouse operations professionals play a critical role in ensuring the efficient movement, storage, and handling of goods within a warehouse or distribution center. They ensure that products and goods are handled with safety, quality, and care as they are moved around and monitor inventory levels to ensure warehouse capacity is met for timely and accurate order fulfillment.

Location: Kent, WA - Supports IKEA

Shift: Rotating days some shifts 7:00am till 3:30pm, some shifts 10:00am - 6:00pm

Compensation: The starting pay rate is $22/hr. $16.28-$23.84/hr is the full range (Pay Bi-Weekly) *A final amount is dependent on factors including prior relevant experience, knowledge, and location. Typically, selected candidates are hired at a rate between the minimum and midpoint of the range.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Load and unload trucks arriving within the warehouse or storage facility
• Move material within the facility and from the loading platform
• Use hand trucks, hoists, conveyors, or other handling equipment
• Separation of cardboard and foam
• Material handling may include picking, packing, scanning, kitting, or counting products
• Always adhere to a clean and safe environment
• Use a barcode scanner and warehouse management system
