Compensation : $120,000 - $160,000 per year

Position Description :

We have an extraordinary opportunity for a motivated and experienced Litigation Attorney for our Law Office in Hollywood, Florida. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented Litigation Attorney who is looking to take on a leadership role and help manage and build a dynamic litigation department. The ideal Litigation Attorney will be ready to handle complex litigation matters, and drive the development of a high-performing legal team. This position offers significant room for professional growth, leadership opportunities, and a chance to shape the future of the firm’s litigation practice. This is a full time, in person position.

Qualifications :

2+ years as an attorney with litigation experience

Member of the Florida Bar

Proven track record in handling complex litigation cases, including drafting and filing legal documents, managing discovery, and representing clients in court.

Strong research, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with a keen ability to analyze complex legal issues and develop effective strategies.

Responsibilities :

Lead and manage a diverse caseload of litigation matters, including commercial disputes, employment issues, contract breaches, and other complex legal issues.

Develop and implement litigation strategies, provide legal advice, and ensure timely and effective management of all aspects of the litigation process, from filing complaints through trial and appeal.

Maintain strong client relationships, providing regular updates on case progress, advising on legal risks, and offering strategic solutions.

Conduct comprehensive legal research, draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and other legal documents.

Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and arbitration proceedings, with a focus on achieving favorable outcomes.

Identify and assess risks associated with ongoing litigation matters and provide proactive legal advice to mitigate potential liabilities for clients.
