Housekeeping Manager

We invite you to bring your expertise and enthusiasm to the Housekeeping Manager role at the Hampton Inn by Hilton. As a pivotal member of our management team you will lead the housekeeping department ensuring our hotel maintains the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction consistent with Hiltons values.

Responsibilities :

• Oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department including cleaning schedules for rooms common areas and conference facilities.
• Recruit train and manage housekeeping staff ensuring all team members are equipped for success.
• Perform quality checks and inspect rooms and public areas to ensure all spaces meet Hiltons rigorous cleanliness standards.
• Manage and maintain inventory of all cleaning supplies and equipment ensuring budgetary guidelines are met.
• Collaborate with the maintenance department to coordinate room repairs and general upkeep.
• Resolve guest issues and complaints concerning housekeeping service and equipment in a timely and professional manner.
• Develop and implement housekeeping systems and procedures that improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Prepare reports on activity personnel and information such as occupancy cleaning costs and department expenses.
