A company is looking for a Resource Management Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Manage staffing for dedicated practices by providing qualified candidates for project needs and aligning resources with business strategies

Advise on creative staffing solutions and promote offshore integration efforts with Service Delivery teams

Analyze deployment data to identify future demand surges and supply shortages, partnering with Talent Acquisition Managers for solutions

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or related field, or equivalent experience

5+ years of resource management experience in a professional services firm

7+ years of work experience, preferably in consulting or advisory services

Mastery of Microsoft Office Products; proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

Experience with PowerBI is ideal
