We are seeking a Drive-Thru Manager who embodies servant leadership, creates a positive team culture, and strives for operational excellence. This leader will oversee the morning drive-thru operations, ensuring that our guests receive fast, friendly service in a clean, organized environment. This role is ideal for someone passionate about driving business growth, leading a team, and delivering results.
Key Responsibilities Operational Excellence
- Oversee the entire drive-thru operation, including outdoor meal delivery, order taking, and window service.
- Implement and monitor drive-thru strategies (e.g., IPOS, weather adaptations, beverage / dessert assembly, tornado bagging).
- Ensure service times, order accuracy, and sales goals are met daily.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment in compliance with company standards.
Leadership & Team Development
Train, coach, and develop team members, focusing on drive-thru execution and customer service.Provide ongoing feedback and support to foster a motivated and high-performing team.Lead by example in creating a positive, customer-centric work environment.Conduct quarterly performance evaluations and provide ongoing training to team members.Administrative Duties
Manage team scheduling, break strategies, and position setups for the drive-thru shift.Track team attendance and handle resource management (equipment, small wares, technology).Participate in weekly operational meetings to review performance and set goals.What We’re Looking For

Availability Window : Monday – Saturday, 5 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM or 11 AM -11 PMExperience : 2+ years of management experience, preferably in a fast-paced, customer-service-oriented environment.Requirements : Must be able to open the restaurant; Friday and Saturday availability required.Preferred Skills : Knowledge of drive-thru operations, ability to manage high car counts, and experience leading a team.Note : Exceptions to any requirement can be made at the discretion of the Operator.
