Job Description: Online Chat Representative
Job Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers through online chat to provide assistance answer queries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide information about financial products and services offered by FDR Financial Group.
- Maintain a positive and helpful attitude while interacting with customers to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions and follow up on any outstanding issues or requests.
Essential Qualifications:
- Excellent written communication skills to effectively communicate with customers through online chat.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to empathize and problem solve.
- Basic knowledge of financial products and services.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role.
