ABOUT OUR AGENCY :

I opened my agency on January 1st, 2017, and today were a strong team of five. As a proud University of Washington alum, Ive built this office around one core belief : we win together. Whether its winning for the office, for our customers, or for each team member and their family, collaboration is the heartbeat of our culture.

What truly sets my agency apart is the unique dynamic of working alongside my brothers office in the same building and staying closely connected with my fathers agency. With three offices working together, our team has access to multiple sources of training, mentorship, and support. It creates an environment rich with knowledge, diverse experience, and shared success.

Before becoming an agent, I was a team member myself, so I understand firsthand what it takes to thrive in this role. Thats why Im fully committed to giving my team the tools, coaching, and encouragement they need to be successfulnot just professionally, but in life overall.

ROLE DESCRIPTION :

As a Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Ej Silvers - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.
  • Maintain customer records and update information as needed.
  • Assist with customer retention strategies.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

    • QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in customer service preferred.
  • Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly.
  • Bilingual Spanish or Vietnamese preferred.
