Title : Supervisor of Adult Outpatient Services at Broadway
Reports to : Director of Adut Outpatient Services

Purpose :
The Supervisor of Adult Outpatient Services at Broadway provides the clinical and administrative oversight of clinicians providing billable individual therapy, art therapy and other group services to registered C4 clients. He / she will also function as a practicing clinician. In addition to overseeing individual therapy cases, this person will be responsible for helping C4 grow and expand Art Therapy services and other group services of a clinical, expressive and skill-building nature.
Minimum Qualifications :
- Must have a master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology or Counseling
- LCPC or LCSW required. Those whose licensure is in process will be considered
- 3-year minimum clinical experience working with adult clients with persistent mental illness
- Basic understanding of the therapeutic use of art in the process of healing and recovery

Provides clinical supervision of staff providing individual therapy, art therapy and other group therapy servicesLeads staff meetings and treatment planning meetings when necessaryAttends occasional ACT and CST staff meetings to help identify clients who would benefit for Art and Group TherapyMaintains a caseload and provides direct services approximately 25% of the time workedMay attend additional staff meetings at other C4 sites to discuss group services at BroadwayTrains and supervises employees to procedures and clinical functionsAssists in scheduling employees to provide adequate coverage for groupsEnsures documentation quality, completion, and compliance at all times, as well as monitors timelines and agency policies and procedures according to agency’s guidelinesEnsures compliance with all applicable laws and accreditation requirements related to service delivery policies, practices, and reporting standardsDevelops, coaches, guides, and determines individual performance expectations for direct reports.Compiles reports and gathers data as requestedAdheres to confidentiality practices and procedures according to agency policies.Maintains compliance with agency policies and procedures.Maintains license and / or certification for positionResponsible for prioritizing own and others’ work to ensure completionChecks the quality and timeliness of own and others’ workAdheres to ethical practicesOther duties as assigned by supervisor
