Position Overview

The Sales Counselor partners with the Sales & Marketing Director to drive census growth through relationship-based selling, lead management, and exceptional customer experience.

This role is ideal for someone who is organized, self-directed, and comfortable guiding families through emotional, high-trust decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Pipeline Management

• Generate and manage qualified leads through outreach and networking

• Maintain accurate CRM documentation and follow-up cadence

• Support occupancy and revenue goals

Tours & Family Experience

• Conduct personalized community tours

• Present services, lifestyle, and value proposition clearly

• Build trust with prospective residents and families

• Manage timely and consistent follow-up

Community & Marketing Support

• Participate in marketing events and professional outreach

• Build referral relationships with local partners

• Collaborate with operations for smooth move-ins

Qualifications

Preferred

• Senior living, assisted living, healthcare, or consultative sales experience

• Experience in admissions, community relations, or inside/outside sales

Required Skills

• Strong communication and relationship-building ability

• Organized with good time management

• Comfortable working with CRM or lead management systems

• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
