How youll contribute

A Front Office Representative within our Weight Loss Center who excels in this role :

  • Assumes responsibility for the efficient productive and professional operation of the front office.
  • Greets and welcomes patients for their exams. Works with patients after admission to receive imaging order and completes order entry into the Meditech system.
  • Verifies the diagnosis codes for accuracy.
  • Maintainingnon-clinical supplies and receiving / documenting patient payments.
  • Comfortable working with about 100 patients throughout the day.

    • Schedule : This is a Full Time benefitted position. Working hours are Monday Friday 8am 5pm.

    What were looking for

    Highschool diploma or equivalent required

    Oneyearexperience working in a medical / business office setting with strong customer service.

    Knowledge of insurance rules and regulations.

    Previous experience working with medical terminology electronic medical records and scheduling systems preferred

  • Bilingual (English / Spanish) strongly preferred
