Pay Range : $42-$45 DOE

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Duties and Responsibilities :

• Provide nursing care to patients on assigned unit
• Administer and record medications / treatments as ordered
• Complete nursing assessments, evaluations, progress notes, and alert charting as necessary
• Educates and provides health care instructions to residents / families as necessary
• Collaborates with other team members in planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care and other patient activities
• Assists in the admission, transfer, and discharge of patients as necessary
• Communicate with Providers and nurse management regarding patients' condition, changes, medications, vitals, etc.
• Provide direct care to residents as needed
• Direct unit staff as necessary
• Report to direct supervisor (Unit Nurse Manager) all resident and staff issues / concerns as needed
