Key Responsibilities

Determines subrogation or fraud potential and how to handle complex cases

Applies advanced understanding of insurance policies and organizational relationships

Handles investigations regarding all aspects of complex auto claims with discretion and independence

Required Qualifications

Solid background in claims handling, including liability determination and coverage investigation

Experience in policy fraud investigation

Confidence in drafting coverage denial letters

Thorough knowledge of policy and coverage

An active adjuster license in TX, LA, OK, or NM is a plus
