Key Responsibilities

Lead program management for the Design & Manufacturing Marketing organization, ensuring priorities are clearly defined and tracked

Identify, test, and scale AI-enabled systems to improve decision-making and operational efficiency

Manage high-impact initiatives across various departments, driving stakeholder alignment and enhancing communication practices

Required Qualifications

8+ years of experience in program management, operations, or strategy roles

Experience leading program management within a marketing or complex organization

Demonstrated ability to lead large, cross-functional initiatives in matrixed environments

Experience designing or implementing AI-enabled systems for operational efficiency

Proven ability to build trust through clarity and sound judgment in ambiguous environments
