Planning Specialist

We have a client in Louisville KY that has an immediate need for a Planning Specialist who will be responsible for managing schedules for field services and project managers.

Responsibilities include :

• Must have Smartsheet or Excel experience with knowledge of Pivot Tables
• Prepare Gantt Charts for clear communication of jobs task and timelines
• Audit daily progress logs for continuous improvements
• Identify scope changes, changed orders, and corrective actions
• Lead weekly meetings with supervisor and project managers
• Excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of the entire suite of Microsoft products
• Acquire and apply Smartsheet / Excel skills to support and improve planning processes
