Enrollment Specialist

A company is looking for an Enrollment Specialist / Inside Sales Representative.

Key Responsibilities

Initiate outbound calls to eligible family caregivers and assess their needs

Guide caregivers through the enrollment process and document interactions accurately

Maintain compliance with privacy standards and contribute to team performance improvements

Required Qualifications

Fluency in English

Eligibility to work in the U.S

Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Comfort conducting frequent phone-based conversations

Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
