We are currently seeking an Excavation Foreman with a valid CDL license and experience with excavating around underground utilities to join our team in the Cerritos, CA area . As an Excavation Foreman, you will lead a repair crew in completing excavation and utility repair projects safely and efficiently. This role includes operating equipment, coordinating daily tasks, and ensuring work meets specifications while maintaining strong safety and quality standards.

We are currently offering a limited-time sign-on bonus of $4,000 for new hires with a valid CDL license , and sign-on bonuses for new hires without a current CDL license are also available at a reduced amount. New employees who meet the criteria outlined in our sign-on bonus program will be eligible for the full payout.

The actual starting pay is $35.00-$45.00 per hour based on experience and the type of CDL license obtained.
