Endur Business Analyst

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Endur Business Analyst to work closely with trading, risk, and operations teams to gather and document detailed business requirements for onboarding new products into the Endur platform.
This role will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and senior Endur developers, ensuring that technical solutions align with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with front-office, risk, and back-office teams to understand new product requirements and business processes.
Conduct detailed requirement-gathering sessions, workshops, and interviews with stakeholders.
Translate business needs into clear, comprehensive functional specifications for Endur developers.
Analyze existing Endur configurations and identify gaps for new product onboarding.
Work with developers to validate technical feasibility and ensure alignment with business goals.
Support testing activities by creating test cases, validating results, and coordinating UAT with business users.
Document workflows, data mappings, and integration points with upstream / downstream systems.
Act as a subject matter expert for Endur functionality and product lifecycle within the organization.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience : 7+ years as a Business Analyst in energy trading or commodities, with at least 5 years working on Endur (OpenLink).
Strong understanding of trade lifecycle, risk management, and settlement processes.
Hands-on experience with Endur modules (e.g., Deal Capture, Risk, Settlements).
Ability to write detailed functional specifications and communicate effectively with technical teams.
Familiarity with scripting (JVS, AVS) and Endur data model is a plus.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience onboarding complex products (e.g., physical gas, power, LNG, derivatives) into Endur.
Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements (e.g., Dodd-Frank, EMIR).
Exposure to integration with ETRM ecosystems and external systems (e.g., market data feeds).
