Compensation & Benefits

Tiered Collections Model : Compensation is structured on a competitive tiered collections model, allowing income growth as the practice expands. High reimbursement rates and strong collections support unmatched earning potential.

Annual Guarantee for a Confident Start : During credentialing and onboarding, surgeons receive the security of a $33,333 monthly guarantee (or the collections model, whichever is greater) for the first year.

Debt Assistance Program : To ease the transition into practice, new surgeons receive $2,000 per month for the first year toward student loan repayment.

Relocation Assistance : Negotiable support available to ease relocation to Los Angeles.

Commitment to Growth & Development : Surgeons benefit from a $2,500 annual CE allowance to support ongoing training, travel, and course fees.
