A company is looking for a Senior Staff Scrum Master (Supply Chain).
Key Responsibilities
Assist Agile teams in overcoming obstacles and creating an effective working environment
Manage multiple complex teams, ensuring alignment with business goals and Agile best practices
Coach and mentor other Scrum Masters to enhance Agile maturity and promote continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Project Manager, or Project Analyst with Agile processes
Proven ability to manage multiple complex Agile teams in a fast-paced environment
Strong coaching and mentoring skills with a focus on developing Scrum Masters
Deep understanding of Agile frameworks such as Scrum, SAFe, and Kanban
Experience supporting the Release Train Engineer (RTE) function in large-scale Agile programs
