Job Summary: We are looking for a dedicated and professional Security Officer to enhance our team. Your main focus will be to ensure a safe and secure environment for our clients, their employees, and assets. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in security or public safety, demonstrate high integrity, and maintain a vigilant and professional demeanor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage in various assignments, including events, construction sites, retail locations, and corporate environments.
• Patrol assigned areas and maintain high visibility to deter any incidents.
• Monitor entry and exit points to ensure access is granted only to authorized individuals.
• Take action to remove trespassers or unauthorized personnel when needed.
• Review surveillance footage for any unusual or suspicious activities.
• Respond promptly to incidents and reports of suspicious behavior.
• Document all incidents thoroughly and complete daily activity reports.

Qualifications:

• Preferred: Valid Driver's License.
• Preferred: Previous experience as a Security Officer, Guard, or a similar role.
• Required: Valid Illinois PERC Card and completion of 20-Hour Basic Training.
• Must have a reliable mobile device with internet access for reporting and communication.
• Strong understanding of public safety/security protocols.
• Excellent written communication and report-writing abilities.
• Exemplify integrity, professionalism, and sound judgment.
• Demonstrate strong observational skills and attention to detail.
