Debt Negotiator

A company is looking for a Debt Negotiator (Creditor Escalations) to negotiate directly with creditors and law firms on behalf of clients seeking debt relief.

Key Responsibilities

Negotiate client debts and secure favorable settlements to halt legal actions

Establish and maintain relationships with law firms and analyze client portfolios for effective strategies

Gather legal documentation and liaise with law firms to ensure timely resolution of accounts

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant work experience

Experience in a metrics-based or goals-driven environment preferred

High energy and motivated to provide exceptional service

Ability to multi-task and work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment

Computer competency and experience with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce
