About SPARC Services and Programs
SPARC is expanding our Family Centered Treatment (FCT) program to Virginia! Since 2015, we've been a trusted provider of evidence-based, trauma-informed care that keeps families together and out of institutional settings. Now we're bringing our proven model to Virginia and looking for passionate clinicians to lead this mission.
The Role
As an FCT Trainer, you'll be a clinical leader helping families heal and thrive through community-based behavioral health services. You'll deliver direct care while training and supervising FCT Practitioners to ensure quality, evidence-based outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Family Centered Treatment using trauma-informed, family-driven approaches
- Train, supervise, and coach FCT Practitioners on clinical best practices
- Maintain model fidelity and quality standards across service teams
- Partner with leadership to advance SPARC's mission of family preservation
