Job Description

• Develop, maintain, and oversee detailed project schedules for light industrial and manufacturing construction projects.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure project timelines are met.
• Analyze project progress and adjust schedules as needed to meet deadlines and objectives.
• Identify potential scheduling conflicts and develop solutions to mitigate risks.
• Present schedule updates and reports to senior leadership and clients.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and industry best practices in scheduling.
• Train and mentor team members on scheduling tools and techniques.
• Utilize scheduling software to streamline project timelines and enhance efficiency.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Lead Scheduler should have :

• Proficiency in scheduling software and tools, such as Primavera or MS Project.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, particularly within light industrial and manufacturing projects.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with diverse teams.
• Problem-solving abilities to anticipate and address scheduling conflicts.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage complex timelines.
