Entry level receptionist

Join a welcoming office team in Largo! We're seeking an entry-level Front Desk Receptionist to assist with daily administrative front desk duties. This role is ideal for someone organized, personable, and eager to grow within a professional office environment. This role is great fr recent grads or someone early in their career- looking to have the perect candidate start in january 2026!

salary : $17.5 - $18 per hour

shift : First

work hours : 8 AM - 4 PM

education : High School

Responsibilities

What You'll Do :

• Greet visitors, handle vendor check-ins, and receive packages
• Answer and route phone calls; manage general email inbox
• Order supplies and coordinate small events or office celebrations
• Create flyers and assist with planning employee activities
• Support accounting with invoice entry, timecard tracking, and filing
• Handle client communications and assist with billing / invoicing

This role is located at a dental office- great opportunity for a recent grad! This role is exected to start the month of January
