Join a trusted family-owned Iowa equipment company serving since 1968! We are seeking an experienced Service Technician to repair and maintain small-engine and construction equipment including generators concrete saws pumps power buggies plate compactors mixers and light towers.

What Youll Do :

  • Diagnose and repair mechanical electrical and hydraulic issues.
  • Perform maintenance efficiently and safely.
  • Reference service manuals parts catalogs and diagnostic tools.
  • Maintain accurate service records logs and timesheets.
  • Mentor junior technicians as needed.
  • Use and maintain your own hand tools.

Requirements :

  • 5 years of experience with small-engine or construction equipment repair.
  • Strong troubleshooting and repair skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and work extended hours (Mon-Fri 7 am-5 pm; Sat 8 am-noon).
  • Safety-focused detail-oriented and able to work independently.

    • Preferred :

  • Dealership or rental environment experience.
  • CDL or the ability to obtain one.
  • Knowledge of brands like Honda Wacker and Multiquip.
