DESCRIPTION OF WORK

Your work will involve directing operations by establishing departmental policies and procedures, assigning duties and responsibilities, establishing performance standards, supervising employee performance, and conducting employee performance reviews. Some of your duties will include participating in the Admissions Process, conducting tours of the center, and interviewing newly admitted veterans. You will work to obtain any additional benefits for veterans being admitted to our facility, as well as process discharges from the center by ensuring all necessary discharge policies are followed. Additionally, you will participate as a member of the interdisciplinary care plan team by attending meetings and maintaining accurate and complete written documentation.

Work Schedule and Additional Information :

• Full-time employment, 37.5 hours per week
• Work hours are 8 : 00 AM to 4 : 00 PM, rotating days and weekends, with a 30-minute lunch. This may change based on operational needs.
• Travel and overtime as needed
• Telework : You will not have the option to telework in this position.
• Salary : In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.
