Sodexo Energy and Resource is seeking a Director of Operations (Offshore) to lead food service and janitorial operations across onshore and offshore facilities, including oil rigs and camps in Harahan, LA. Sodexo provides our corporate service partners with a diverse range of food services and integrated facilities management possibilities. From restaurants to delivery options, to streamlined operations and cutting-edge technology, Sodexo creates a safe, vibrant, and eco-friendly workplace. 40-60% travel is associated with this role.

What You'll Do

• Drive and / or support strategic business development initiatives by identifying new market or expansion opportunities, cultivating client relationships, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to expand the organization's customer base and revenue streams.
• Manage the catering and facilities management services on offshore and onshore facilities.
• Direct resources in response to client account needs and requests.
• Ensure that client's scope of work and standards are understood and met.
• Supervise a team of operational / project support positions.
• Align services in support of company or divisional initiatives.
